My issue was handled in a reasonable timeframe, without needing extra communication, and with a solution that fixed my problem.
Dorian was exceptional. When the challenged persisted, he went a step further and contacted Microsoft for assistance. Although Microsoft was not as helpful as we thought they could have been while online together, Dorian pushed to a resolution.
