OneNet Global has a new opportunity for a Full Time Client Experience Dispatch Coordinator (CEDC)-Technical Emphasis in our HQ Office in Edina, Minnesota.

You will have the opportunity to become an integral part of our team, responsible for answering calls and communicating with Vendors, Customers, and OneNet staff as needed,  as well as dispatching and scheduling Technicians.

In this position, the individual’s responsibilities will include:
  • Monitor call & ticketing queue for incoming service and support requests
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and vendors
  • Create tickets for customers as needed to track issues
  • Assign tickets to technicians, scheduling time on their calendars as needed
  • Monitor and follow up on tickets/cases based on the support SLA
  • Review network monitoring devices and sensors
  • Complete work to resolve tickets in various systems
  • Contact Vendors and 3rd party carriers as needed
  • Contact 3rd party resources for support as needed
  • Schedule vendor meetings and interaction for resolution as needed
  • Utilize carrier and vendor portals and systems to resolve customer issues
Basic Qualifications:
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills

We are seeking a Full Time Sr.  Staff Accountant/Finance Manager to join our remarkable team! You will have the opportunity to become an integral part of our team, responsible for the management of all aspects of the Finance Department and accounting for OneNet.

As the Sr. Staff Accountant/Finance Manager at OneNet Global you will:
  • Oversee the finance teams’ daily activities
  • Understand overall finance and accounting objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member
  • Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Review all accounts payable batches and reports for validity, accuracy, and completeness, releasing the batches for payment
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities performing follow-up, collections, and allocations of payments as necessary
  • Post journal entries in the accounting software
  • Manage the general ledger accounts
  • Manage the accounting system to ensure consistency, entry accuracy, and accurate reporting of all accounts
  • Reconcile customer and vendor accounts
  • Perform audits and drive problem investigations and resolutions as required
  • Perform month end close outs, reconciliations, and document filing
  • Provide accurate reports and metrics to company management on the status of customer accounts, financials, budgets as required
  • File sales tax and other reports as required
  • Maintain customer and vendor financial information in Quickbooks
  • Assist with establishing customer agreements in Microsoft CRM and Quickbooks that correspond to service or project contracts
  • Prepare invoices utilizing Microsoft CRM and other software or processes, ensuring consistency across all platforms

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in finance-related positions
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience
  • In depth Quickbooks experience-Enterprise level preferred
  • Understanding of the full accounting cycle and ability to self-direct to complete processes
  • Strong computer skills
  • Data entry, organizational, and communication skills

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our remarkable team! You will have the opportunity to provide cutting-edge solutions utilizing a diverse portfolio of technology products and services to change the way businesses connect.

As a Project Manager at OneNet Global you will:
  • Monitor the Project Management Board and assign projects to self
  • Review/scrub signed Service Orders, creating project if needed in coordination with the Quoting and Pricing Specialist
  • Ensure opportunities/orders/accounts have correct information to include signed contract/MSA/Project Addendum
  • Manage communication with clients/vendors/sales and operation teams and ensure contract accuracy of entry in the system
  • Schedule internal kickoff calls to review project plan, timelines, define needs of the project
  • Schedule external kickoff calls, to include the client, to set expectations and review estimated timeliness and processes
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams to create channels for projects and communication to both the client and internal teams
  • Continually update the project plan, communicate updates, and provide status reports to the client/vendors/team
  • Manage internal groups as necessary to ensure timely project completion
  • Manage weekly and ad hoc project calls
  • Assign order tasks, inventory requests, resources for installations and cutovers —may need to place and manage carrier and/or port orders
  • Work with Supervisor and Training Administrator to ensure necessary training is occurring
  • Close out projects-complete to billing review, ensuring any changes made during the project lifecycle are updated and recorded and cost and margins are reflected and complete
  • Manage financial margins/ MSA deposits/progress payments
  • Escalate, as needed, any project issues such as issues with client relations/sales/billing to the Service Delivery Lead/Manager
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and service offerings of the company and how they relate to our clients’ needs and vendors
  • Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with prospects to give them exceptional client service
