We are seeking a Service Delivery Project Coordinator to join our remarkable team! You will have the opportunity to provide cutting-edge solutions utilizing a diverse portfolio of technology products and services to change the way businesses connect.

As a Service Delivery Project Coordinator at OneNet Global you will:
  • Place and ensure completion of carrier orders to include tracking, scheduling, updating systems and communicating with all internal and external parties.
  • Monitor Project Management and Order/Provisioning queues and shared Outlook mailboxes, assigning orders and projects to self as needed
  • Ensure Omnia 360 Opportunities/Orders/Accounts have correct information: including signed contract/MSA/Project addendum-update as necessary
  • Complete to billing orders and services; ensure any changes made during project lifecycle are updated and recorded; ensure cost and margins are complete
  • Confirm requests have appropriate quotes to support product orders within standards
  • Verify pricing is within standards and that correct margins apply, or appropriate approvals are received for less than standard margin
  • Create/monitor requests to vendors within order – update all provisioning fields/tasks as needed, through order lifecycle
  • Document all circuit information including IP assignments within Omnia 360 or FM while working with Service Delivery Project Manager and Engineers
  • Set follow ups to ensure proper intervals are being met by all parties – track and escalate as needed to supervisor or appropriate resource(s)
  • Communicate updates on milestones as needed with Service Delivery Project Manager and/or customer – this may include BEA/ROE needs, FOC dates, etc.
  • Complete/submit all documents needed for circuit/service delivery with vendors – may include LOA/BEA or ROE, Porting, ASR/LSR
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and service offerings of the company and how they relate to our clients’ needs and vendors
  • Review/scrub signed Service Orders & create project if needed in coordination with Quoting & Pricing Specialist
  • Manage execution of project and communication with Clients/Vendors/Sales and Operations Teams
  • Schedule and host internal kickoff call, weekly and ad hoc project calls as needed
  • Update project plan and communicate updates to project team
  • Send Project Status Reports to customers and, as applicable, vendors
  • Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with clients to give them exceptional service
  • Perform other duties as needed
Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS college degree preferred
  • Strong organizational, self-management and prioritizing skills
  • Proven communication skills dealing internally with staff and externally with carriers and clients
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft, technology and working in systems
  • Experience in partnering with clients/vendors/internal teams to develop solutions that solve business challenges and adds value

  • Familiarity with telecom industry
